An artist once worked on a film project in which he got to know a group of college students who dreamed of becoming actors, playwrights and film makers. These students' talents and diligence impressed the artist. During the project, he learned that some of them suffered from depression or bipolar disorder. This discovery changed his mind about these young people, because all of them had to pass strict screening to be hired while their employer was not aware of how much challenges they had gone through. After the project, some of the students received offers from other companies and entered their dream career. Observing their success, the artist was motivated to build a website to create more opportunities for youth. If we can have some talented young people recognized, help them rebuild confidence and become financially independent through hard work, we can help more young people to develop skills beyond their school education and help them realize their dream.
